The MPEG-2/H.264 quad-channel IP encoder supports 4 channels of analog composite video and mono or stereo audio input. It generates 4 independent IP (4xSPTS) outputs through MPEG-2/H.264 video and MPEG-1 audio encoding, primarily used for encoding implementation in IPTV live streaming systems.

Features 4 analog composite video input ports in BNC/75Ω or RCA configurations, compatible with common standard-definition video sources. Additionally, it includes 4 unbalanced stereo or mono audio input ports to ensure synchronized audio-video capture, meeting diverse content encoding requirements.

High-Efficiency Coding Format
Supports MPEG-2 encoding format, utilizing advanced algorithms to achieve high compression efficiency while ensuring superior video quality post-encoding. For audio, it employs the MPEG-1 Audio Layer 2 encoding format, effectively controlling data volume while maintaining sound quality.

ASI Input Multiplexing
Features one ASI input interface capable of multiplexing external transport streams with locally encoded TS streams to form a multi-program transport stream (MPTS) for output. This optimizes data transmission and integration while enhancing system compatibility.

Flexible Output Interface
Features a set of 2-channel ASI multiplexed output interfaces compliant with DVB standards for professional digital television transmission. Also equipped with 1 IP output interface supporting either 4 single program transport streams (SPTS) or 1 multiple program transport stream (MPTS) output. In MPTS mode, the IP output matches the bitrate of the ASI output, accommodating diverse network architecture requirements.

Bitrate Resolution Adjustment
The output bitrate for each encoding channel can be flexibly configured within the range of 1.5 to 15 Mbps to accommodate varying network bandwidth and image quality requirements. Supports multiple resolutions including Full D1, 3/4D1, 2/3D1, Half D1, SIF, and QSIF, adapting to the native resolutions of various standard-definition video sources.

Image Preprocessing
Utilizing unique image preprocessing technology, it optimizes input video to enhance picture clarity and color fidelity. Through time base correction technology, it ensures stable and smooth video playback, minimizing stuttering and frame drops.
